Mushroom Chicken Feet Gravy with Soy sauce and Noodles

Instructions:

Boil the chicken feet in hot water for 10 minutes. This will help to remove the excess oil. Take the chicken feet out, drain, and set them aside.

Place a pan on the stove. Add ginger, garlic and star anise. Stir until your whole kitchen is filled with these amazing aromas. Now add mushrooms. Use Shaoxing wine if you want the mixture to be more aromatic. Add the chicken feet and stir for a little bit. Add water, enough to cover the chicken feet, and let it cook slowly on low heat for 2 hours. You can cook the chicken feet in a pressure cooker for better results since the pressure cooker makes the chicken feet softer. Add water if necessary.

Now that the chicken feet have cooked for 2 hours, add all the sauce ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes. Then, mix corn starch with water and add this liquid to the gravy to make it thick.

Your creamy mushroom chicken feet gravy is done.
